agreed i dont think there is any doubt there is some kind of business here, the question is to what degree. The Lin brother element bothers me & WCT Bills confirms this in his blog today

Problem is a forensic audit hired by CCME is not qorth the paper it's printed on because of who does the hiring.

I'd like to see Starr hire its own forensic auditor, and all the class actions hire their own. Then we'll at least have two independent levels of info to depend upon.

Will that wreck CCME's business relations? Irrelevant.
