I will explain this to you here PPJE.

Every player is an MM.
You have a broker?? Your broker is your MM.
If you use Etrade then your MM is ETRD ect...
Anyone can dump shares at the Bid.
If you just recently placed a Sell order at the Ask and werent filled its because there are many many peeps ahead of you.
See all those peeps at .0003?? Those are ahead of you now.

Example:
.0002x.0004
If this were the case here and you want to sell at .0003 your order would show at the Ask ahead of all those at .0004

All sellers show up at the Ask unless you WHACK the Bid.
All buyers show at the Bid unless you hit the Ask.
No secrets on how to play this.
