Keep in mind Carnac, there are two types of sellers; retail, and wholesale. You can estimate what retail will do since you and I are retail and we know how we ourselves think. Wholesale, on the other hand, buy their shares at a major discount, so at practically any level they sell, it's at a good profit. If they have other CDs to perform, they'll move from one to the next w/o a second thought. Afterall, remember, when you first bought VYGO, you certainly didn't think a Seller would take this below .003, much less .002, but lo and behold...
