elaborate on "the company is miffed" ... is this a general assumption or have you talked to investor relations?

I spoke with Tony Collins today for several minutes. It was a good and relevant conversation. With some direct questions from myself. I asked about their financial ability to conduct opperations. Tony's response "There is money in the till for mining opperations". He also said that drilling is beginning at any time in Santa Rita as part of phase 2. This will help CPMCF dermine the best location for implementing resources for maximum return. Tony also stated that it is possible they may start on Hot Stone very soon as well, maybe even before Santa Rita. He said the licensing is almost fully complete on Santa Rita, Cpmcf is just waiting on one item, Tony did not elaborate, however, I did'nt ask either. I do know from Mr. Collins the weather has presented some issues. I did ask when we could expect an official media update (PR). He said soon, very soon. I did not try to nail him down on a time - manners you know. I personally would not want to see any PR unless it was substatntive, so they can take their time with it - just be news worthy when released - IMO, as I am sure is CPMCF's too.


Tony is also very familiar with the previous P and D, obviouslly. He was clearly not happy with the fact that CPMCF had been the target of such action. I say taget because it is accurate. It is very very near impossible for managment to curtail people from using their stock as a means to an end. Out side of releasing a piece of negative press about your own company - yeah, that would happen. But, the reality of P and D is your company's stock price often gets over corrected on the dump end - Sound Familiar? So, knowing that, where are we on CPMCF's price? The reason CPMCF's price started it's warranted rise previouslly is because it was way undervalued to people given their proprty acqusitions and findings for said. Then it became abused, and subsequently correcting to beyond where it started it's original run. But one thing is different - we are closer to production. So, all things being equal...... Do your own DD, and I think it will be clear.
