Thanks for the detailed response! That's a lot to take in. I'll have to re-read a few more times when I get a chance. I was thinking also there are TAXES that I did not allow for. That's probably not a small number, lol.

Everything I've read said a R/M is cheaper by far.
But that is usually on law firm sites that want to handle that kind of transaction.

This entry intrigued me as far as looking at it from your possible scenario

5. What does it cost to do an IPO? The average IPO costs US$500,000 plus companies usually have to give up 25% or more of their equity.



If you have to give up 25% or more in an IPO, and it costs more, than the R/M just might have it's advantages like they said.
