Hadn't thought of those possibilities...whatever the case , I don't think anybody here can answer those questions. Beyond what you see in post#5010 , I know of nothing more that could better define any commercial relationships , either collaborative or advisarial...really wish I did.
You are bang on IMO.We should here something to those issues in due time.A peaceful settlement is better than tying things up in court which is usually a no win situation for anyone.Just the lawyers get rich.
Klem, I remember the Rambus battle when it began. It seemed crazy at the time as they took on the Giant. You make an excellent case about royalty income. A factor that employs the knowledge that Dr. Jabbour traveled around the world and taught a whole lot of very high end students about this technology for around 10 years. Another nugget is that SS has been down this road before so.........I would like to know! Then my newest focus has become the Good Dr. Wong who seems to have a few tricks up his lab coat in his own right!!!! Smile

I don't read it that way at all klem. Dr. Bobs words were "How do they think LG is planning to manufacture qdot displays? " To me this implies some sort of collaboration w/ LG.
