~1/3 of the outstanding shares came off restriction in the past 2.5ish months. That makes for lots of selling. When a company dilutes it usually takes awhile for the shares to be able to be sold (1year for non-reporting companies). Unless they came from convertible debt then the time starts when the debt was issued. As well it is fairly common for shares to be sold early with the restriction removed illegally.
