Possibly yes. But if CCME were trading legitimately then DTT would have not resigned

At the weekend i as hoping that we returned to the pinks so that i could trade out even at the $3-$4 range. With this recent lawsuit the chances of us opening above $2 is pretty slim.
I also dont think that CCME will appoint or find a new CFO / auditor. If they do i believe they will only prolong the pain for longs

Lets just hope there is some legal recourse for us as shareholders to sue DTT although im guessing there would be slim chance of a success.

i hope im wrong and that CCME at least have 50% of what they state but lets be honest its almost a certainty now that this will end very badly indeed
