I believe the 10 days is for CCME to present a PLAN to get compliant, not a deadline to become compliant. This will involve a detail that NAS can see will clear up all issues and get all filings current. NAS then will say either OK, we see a realistic plan and will give you time to complete it, or NAS will say that they think the plan stinks and CCME could be booted.

I think we will see a good plan and maybe even be able to glean some information to help us see what is really going on.
