March 11 blog In a courtesy call today with one of the three national accounts considering Winning Colours Stain Remover, the decision maker apologized for not having delivered the decision yet, given the fact that 30 days had elapsed, and asked for our understanding that it might take 2-3 more weeks.
No concerns were expressed by either party – it was merely an acknowledgment by the other side that we would no doubt be wondering about the status, and that we will receive word, one way or another, asap.
