gernb1: You are completely wrong!

I have never portrayed APS as a "fraud" and you can certainly NOT back up your accusation with proof from any of my posts.

Just after the original e.Digital press release about the contract, I did post links that showed that Aircraft Protective Systems, Inc. (APS) was a home-based business owned by a ramp attendant employed by Alaska Airlines. It's web site at that time was http://www.airprosys.com, something that e.Digital did not publish. It has since changed its web site to http://www.digeplayer.com

Because e.Digital had made it sound as though APS were a major corporation with certification to sell products to airlines, it was considered a shock when I posted the verifiable facts about the sole proprietorship. It was someone else who found the web site that gave me the information I posted.

Additionally both Bill Boyer on his web site and e.Digital made false claims that Boyer's APS has some sort of "certification" to sell products to airlines. I said then still maintain that APS never had any kind of "certification" (FAA or other) to sell products to airlines.

Feel free to prove me wrong by publishing proof of the certification APS claimed to have had. You can't possibly do so, because they had no such "certification" and no such generic certifcation"exists.

The fact is that APS had no FAA "certification" whatsoever. The products shown on its web site were sold by another entity - Shaw Aero of Florida.

Please provide proof that I am wrong. If APS had some sort of "certification" to sel to airlines, they should be able to prove their claim. I won't be holding my breath however, because I know you can't provide any such proof because APS itself was never able/willing to do so.

Surely you know that this is an old issaue and that no one has ever been able to prove me wrong on this.

However, maybe you're the first one with the proof that no one else has ever been able to produce. If so, post it.

If not... just slink away as have all of the others who tried to make this an issue without success.

Good points gernb1. I remember those now.

I don't keep track of things that much although some here probably could rival the Chicago Public Library with archived information.

I think her specialty is tuned more to the financial matters which I found hard to argue with..so did most everyone else.
Lately her findings on hedge funds and related items I believe are right on the mark. It's nice to see the whole picture, unfortunately some posters out there obviously don't want us to know.

My ranting and raving here has more to do with AGORA and their shills hiding information. What they don't realize is when they do that everything becomes suspect.

Basically, they blew the whole program IMO.

We need new investors, they just want buyers so their lenders can unload...it's nice to know those things.

now I know why we are .18 cents.

That's hard to argue with.

As far as I'm concerned in the long run LL and his dimwits are just for themselves and not all of us.

now I know why we are .18 cents.

come on now, you predicted huge profit for EDIG based on hooking up with APS and 2 years later they are still losing massive amounts of money.

So you are going to try and take her to task, but ignore how horribly wrong you were about the impact that the deal would have on EDIG?
