Man, easy come, easy go I guess. Some bad juju for the posters that are no longer with us that made this mess.

Regarding the float, this thing just does not trade like there are 427 million shares as per July 2010. 20 million shares, or less than 5% of the last quoted float was traded Friday, and I am sure multiple shares were traded over and over. IMO, this thing can go right back up to a penny fast if we can get some freggin updates and some legit buying pressure, but until we do, I think we will be treading water.

I agree with the opinion that if anyone finds some verifiable info or gets in contact with Bob of Lou, please post links or findings. TIA and GLTA.

Yes ..O/s minus restructed is the Float!

But then there is the "Available float"..the shares that are held by some and will still trade by those willing to still trade them!!

If the Float was 10 million and I bought and own 8 million and will not trade them, but hold them for when I want to trade them, then the "Available Float" is just 2 million!!
