simple.. its a scam! ELCR is allowed to dump shares for a profit... they make about 20 to 30K a day doing this.. regular traders are blocked out.. this is the hidden secredt of the PINKS and OTCBB stocks.. 99% are shells just dumping making money.. I could do the same, start a company, get listed, crate bogus shares, then dump and make money again, the OTCBB, PINKS and the SEC know of this going on, they do nothin, if they stopped this, no one would make money.. OTCBB and PINKS make tons of money by having shell companys

most all of the volume are peeps who have the ability to use the fifth finger. flipping... but the selling is all ELCR. i take it back. ELCR or peeps who are stuck here and finally decide to get out.
