What I think....
I think its several ego-driven rich people whose heads clashed over some bank accounts. We still have no accurate answer as to the NT-10K filing. That needs to be addressed for sure, soon. It will give us "some" clue as to what CEO is doing, or not. I searched and searched but could not make heads or tails of the findings. Seems like Nasdaq can make a decision from the circumstances given to them. It boils down to what CCME tells Nasdaq.
