new here, but per last post of 1800 lbs per hr, close to a ton, I would figure about 7-8 ton processed per day figuring on an eight hour shift. Being in a field where we use large equipment to grind materials, you have to figure on down time, hence the tweaking of the equipment and process that others have mentioned. Sometimes we are down for hrs or day(s)depending on the problem. I would think that the 140,000 gallons would be a goal that management sees as acheivable after all the kinks are worked out and operating smoothly. No matter how smooth you think you get it, there will always be problems to work out with invented equipment, hence down time.
