I don't think anyone wants to keep the share price down for any reason least of which is so SEO can buy his shares back. I think the share price is down because drilling results have not come out, a decision on Phase 2 has not happened, the rumors are that the results were not great and people are sick of waiting on this company.

I have no idea if SEO is happy with the performance of PN. He could be ready to pull the trigger and fire him tomorrow or could be perfectly happy to sit back and watch Ntephe destroy the share price of a company he owns a huge percentage of and also destroy every drop of credibility ERHE ever had. I'm just not sure which is right.
