I guess wii and stockq think that ICOA Inc pays their taxes but they don't. George told me that mega path I believe is a subsidiary of ICOA but that don't make ICOA required to pay their taxes.
I will find out more about this come beginning of next week, because I have great weekend plan and not messing it out.
