IMO your timeline may be a tad 'lax'. Per this part of the PR:

The Company is also pleased to announce that Financials are being reviewed for filing in the near term. These contain the 2009 10K and 2010 10Q's for quarters 1,2 and 3. Once signed off by the Company's Auditors and filed and accepted with the SEC, the Company will have fully satisfied its reporting requirements and the Caveat Emptor status should be removed. The 10K for 2010 IS ALSO BEING PREPARED BUT IS NOT DUE FOR FILING UNTIL MARCH 31, 2011. Virtually all the information contained in the2009 10K and 2010 10Q's will be reported in the 2010 10K as well. Once all filings are complete, the Company intends to re-apply to list on the OTCBB and is committed to maintain a fully reporting status to insure a higher level of transparency.

******This implies that the 2009 10K and 2010 10Q's for quarters 1, 2 and 3 will be filed FIRST, which will qualify as having satisfied the reporting requirements by PINKSHEETS, who would then be obligated to remove the Caveat Emptor status...and upgrade us to current.*******

THEN they go on to say that the 10K for 2010 IS ALSO being prepared and is "not due until March 31, 2011". So, you can see, it sounds as though their intention is to get the 2009 10k and 2010 Q's out BEFORE THAT......which will be sufficient at that time for getting our upgrade from Caveat Emptor to CURRENT Status. Especially since they also state that 'virtually all the information contained in the 2009 10K and 2010 10Q's will be reported IN THE 2010 10K as well'. So the previous filings must be completed beforehand if they are going to be in the 2010 10K filing due by March 31st. Finally...the 2010 10K that is due by March 31st is just 'due by that day'. It doesn't mean that they will wait til the last minute to even file THAT ONE.

SO anyone thinking that they have alot of time to get into this stock cheap may be terribly mistaken. Filings could start hitting the wires as early as next week, with a subsequent upgrade of our status to 'current' (from skull and crossbones)......THEN by the following week we would see the 2010 10K...which again, could be ANY DAY.

And all the while, we could get another PR as early as next week stating that the dredges have been assembled and ready to go.

By May is the deadline for reapplication back to the OTCBB. That will be another huge milestone in itself.

So time is getting tight here to secure as many cheap shares as possible. Glad I picked some more up today.
