All support has now been removed from the stock. APCX will soon disappear into the abyss of convertible debentures, only to be resurrected following an R/S sometime in the future.

and it is disappointing to know the CEO is foaming at the mouth spending energy on message boards though-out the day.

And again there you guys go relying a twisting of words and addition of your own interpretation, presented as a fact, in order to look bad.

Is the CEO really "foaming at the mouth"? Perhaps he's keeping a completely cool head. Have you met with the CEO?

Is the CEO really spending time on message boards? Perhaps he is simply reading his email with all the complaints. Have you seen the CEO post here? Have you asked him if he uses the boards?

Is the CEO really losing energy or time over this? Perhaps it's more efficient for him to release the PR rather than answer 100 emails per day. Do you keep up with the CEO's schedule?

Ever think that, rather than having a personal agenda, maybe he's simply doing what he thinks is in the best interest of his shareholders, and being representative of us and our requests?

Woaw, wooooaw! Why all the negativity Mr. Crystalballz? You bought some shares here with the hope of making a good investment, right? You're hoping your CEO will do well and make good decisions? You still own some shares and you wish good things upon all of us...particularly your CEO because he's going to hopefully add value to your shares? I value your opinion...you clearly have substantial ownership here. But let's assume you're right, and CEO's legal warning was a misstep (as a 20-year veteran of that industry, I happened to like it very much), do you believe rippin on him in a public venue is really going to add value to your shares? I don't think so, in fact I suspect it will more likely have the opposite effect. But that's just me, IMO. EITHER WAY, HOPE YOUR DAY GETS BETTER!
