Aerius International, Inc. (AERS,PK) ceased trying to commercialize its cell phone antenna patents in November 2009 when it sold ALL of its intellectual property to Aerius International, Ltd., a foreign privately held company owned by the majority owners of AERS.

The only asset Aerius International, Inc. (AERS) and its shareholders received in the transaction was 10 million shares of privately-held Aerius International, Ltd. There was no mention of any licensing rights or strategies for AERS going forward.

The press releases subsequent to announcement of the sale of the intellecutal property make no sense. Although some announce manufacturing contracts or agreements with other companies to sell Aerius-equipped cell phones, the company no longer owns the technology. That's most likely why none of these PRs has ever come to fruition.

The response was to a "potential" investor... I have a substantial number of shares, and my letters, asking several important questions, including the same questions responded to, have gone unanswered. Responding to someone who has only a passing interest in the company, while ignoring communication from a shareholder? What kind of PR is this?

And if you go to the website you'll see the "news" section still hasn't been updated!
