Here's the way I see it:

They had to do the RS to clean up the share structure and back up the financing package with available shares.

IF they can keep from diluting too heavily before the worm turns and they become profitable, the share structure will also make it easier to get listed.

There will NOT be the percentage gains here that have been seen in times past. It's much harder to double a .60 share price than it is to double a .003 share price.
