Here's something else to consider regarding the company: I know if I complain about something a few times and let it go, I at least have a chance of someone listening to me. However, if I keep complaining over and over and over -- I start sounding like I'm crying over spilled milk -- and then no matter what I say no one's ever going to believe anything I say.
