I do belive there were no takers for the .0003 Ask and all the action was between, which forced sellers to lower their Ask to .0002. Dumping is occuring as there are plenty of shares available, ten billion or more. Fact is the Bid has seen more action than the Ask up until today and lowering the Ask really does not reflect positive action.
