check the current filings
They just sold terra for 25k to be paid later
and they sold satco for 50k to be paid later
As shareholders we just got screwed
I believe we paid 10 to 20 million for these to companys and sold them both for 75k to be paid later
terra was to have 20 million in revenue this year
what a joke
Run as fast as you can
I lost a ton of dough with these scammers
