Actually Dave, I think it has been substantiated. Thats what I meant by them owning a piece of us. We paid them several hundred thousand shares in leu of cash as settlement for monies we owed them. Presumably for inventory. Unless they immediately sold those shares on the open market, it is in their best interest to to see us prosper. I don't know any better than you if in fact they still own those shares but I would find it very unlikely they sold, knowing what they know about us and our technology. Larry
