i can speak of this from personal experience...about 8 months ago i took a surfing trip to zihuatanejo, mexico. i was there for 7 days and we had to travel about 30 minutes from the place we were staying to get to a world premiere surfing spot in mexico...a place called The Ranch...along the way there were bunkers built along the road with gaurds armed with AK 47's...we were stopped and our cars were checked for drugs...every car traveling along this road had to go through it...3 days later we saw convoys with fully armed troops locked and loaded...there had to be around 500 soldiers all together moving into this city...when i was leaving to come back to the states i grapped a newspaper there, their news papers are much different then ours...they had pictures of people being hung from trees, pics of dead bodies on the streets, and people dead with hoods over their face who had been drowned...no lie, thats why i grapped a newspaper cause nobody would believe me...this is what was on the front page...when we were surfing local there told us that just 1 month before we arrived there we dead bodies hung from trees, along the road we took to get to our surfing spot...he said the drug lords were trying to send a message...it was crazy, and when i found out that cowboy mining was going to include this i immediately new people would be talking about this show for a while...and we know it has been included in the pilot already...cant wait to see it.
