Geez Smit Dog, now why did you have to lay out a plausible and kind of make sense scenario. Now you've put a justified dent in my confidence. I think you may be right about them dumping shares.
I'm guess-timating they raised probably over $250k. I'm sure they probably needed the money for sustaining operations (hopefully for short term)Typical pink move but also many times needed even in midst of starting to execute business plan especially with no line of credit established. Also, they do have product with major brand chains, more in pipeline and I believe will show some numbers within 30 days. Yup, my rose colored glasses are off. I thought the price was acting a little funny even for the usual MM games. I still like this but will definitely be a little more sharp eyed as to what is going on and be prepared to act accordingly.

Valid points, but a coulple of things to consider.

We know that the A/S count is 250 MM shares, not 33 MM, nor 79 MM, or whatever else is out there. It is certainly conceivable that the company sold a bunch of shares to raise money when the price spiked last month. Need to fund operations right. This stuff isn't free to make. As an OTC stock they have to issue an 8K to authorize more shares.

The A/D line is relatively irrelevant from a technical perspective in my book since BB listing took place only at the end of January. We do however need to put in a good bottom here at the .005 mark and bounce soon or we could be in trouble.

That's my two cents. Still here and will see you all next week.
