I've read the documents that I can access a couple of times. Bottom line looks like once again HH has failed to tell the shareholders about an important lawsuit. Anyone know when this deal went down? Is anyone really supposed to believe that some company paid off BGMOs debts and wasn't supposed to get paid back? If anyone can get a hold of the other side's documents that might make things look a little clearer.
