What is the website going to tell any one about the 3.4 mill of stock for the purchase of the Fund? What total assets. SLMU is doing the deal only with the fund period and the fund has a right of 1st refusal to fund. And no one knows what the fund has thats worth 3.4 million except a right of 1st refusal. That is not much to make an investing decision in my point of view.
