Case off calendar till defendant Mulvana bring legal action against other party,or partys.basicaly Mulvana see the writing on the wall, if they lose, they want other parties also to pay.Discovery still open since new partys may come and they have the right to have time to defend thenselves.Pinnacle is looking for his money and damages, since here is a possible fraud involved they may be entitled to punitive damages, nd of course plus interest and penalties,and attorneys fees.

Nice being sarcastic.. Lets hope that Judge Moss denies the order and keeps it off calendar. This could be tied up for years.
