They haven't yet said how much the A/S will increase, only that 40 M will go to the fund, which is not possible without some increase. The rest is assumption.

Of course this depends on the assets involved. I'm betting big on the assets valuing the company at over $6 million easy. That is my point, betting on what the assets are. Nobody knows what they are getting. It this is just a bet with no info at all, that is fine. But to assume by what people are being led to believe, I personally have a problem with that
Whatever it is, the company will be handing over 40 mil shares valued at 3.2mil dollars you know that is what they are getting
