It's abominable that the company hasn't updated shareholders. I had a feeling things were going south (glad I took my initial and some profit off the table...still have a small position). The ever chipper Dan the IR guy with his broken and unsubstantiated promises, the constant delays with Pr's be they financials, updates with respect to the concert, etc., does not instill one with confidence.
Such a shame as the company has a great share structure, no history of dilution and actual revenues. However, management's inability to keep shareholders in the loop is shoddy to say the least. Even though the concert was postponed/canceled (how ever way you wish to phrase it), the management could at least update the shareholders in a timely manner. Despite the Speedway concert cancellation, the company still has revenue flow via other concerts. However, they can't do some spin control to even update shareholders with respect to those events.
