The stock will add 40 million dilution to the I/O and at the present time, no one knows what the company is getting in return, except the merger with the Fund and no one knows what the fund has except a right of 1st refusal to fund projects or if the fund even has a 1.00. It was stated that The fund bought the station for 175k yet no one knows if they paid cash or note or ??? All you hear is GM, GM, GM. Can you really bet your money on that? How can we justify that the stock is undervalued.
