Don't confuse him with the facts. Even Noel has clouded the issue as to how/why the shares were acquired as I believe I read an article by him of "Why I Bought 7 Million Shares" but was not an outright purchase of shares on the open market based on another article I read, but simply dilutive shares issued to himself for money he loaned the company(debt conversion). Possibly the person in charge of the board can provide confirmation on how these shares were obtained as I am sure he is more knowledgeable on YESD filings than you or I combined based on the informative/accurate posts provided. I'm pretty confident they weren't restricted shares and got dumped up in the .05 range leaving shareholders holding the bag. Possibly he will research and post that info in between LHAO.

This article and response from Joe Noel clearly demonstrates that the title to the above article about BUYING 7.1 million shares is totally inaccurate by his Joe Noel's admission:

Greg – My share purchase (7.1MM shares) was from the debt I converted, but I have also been buying some shares on the open market – about 2.2 million over the past few months. Does not make sense to loan the company money to pay me back – take the money out and then buy shares.
