Let me get this straight. They bought Alpha for 21 million but it is worth 40 million?? THat is fantastic news, if true. What is the reappraisal for? The deal is finalized, right? So do they need a 40mm appraisal to get financing for the next phase of the plan?

The pr raises a lot of questions, and most of them are good.
