It wasnt' worth that then, and it sure as hell isn't worth that now. Remember, definition of assets in BK does NOT include NOLs, as they can't be sold and distributed to creditors or shareholders. They have a lot of value if the company stays intact and moves forward, but they are not an asset in strict sense of the term.
