Spinnaker,you r bang on,i would think the 10 K would have to happen before any signifagant bussiness activity can be concluded,being fully reporting is an absolute to any investors taking MDXX seriously,and the company knows it,look at the quote from the OCT 4 PR.The financials don t even have to be great,they just need to show they have the checks and balances in place to be fully reporting.
