Without a single piece of fundamental information, not even an operational address, nor an idea of who is running this shell the PPS is surely not going up. Further the real fact that further dilution is about to occur when the first notes payable this year converts to free trading common shares here in about 15 days to the tune of another 1.6 billion. Add Nancy's shares when they are driven through TA and well things are about to get even worse with another 2 billion of free trading common shares.

The fact is they cannot publish anything as someone will check on them and they know this. Post a supposed operational address and someone is going to show up to check it out. PR a supposed JV with Magnegas and someone will be looking for the 8k filed with the SEC, as ENTK tried that route, but even MNGA knew better than to file an 8K with that scam. That is why no single shareholder can point to anything of significance in the last 3 months that has occurred dealing with the current shell after Biocentric Energy Holdings went under in December.

All I can tell you is what do you expect from someone who cannot spell congratulations correctly...there is no D in it.
