I wonder how all this will play out?

On October 26, 2010, a settlement agreement was reached between certain shareholders and the Company (the
“Settlement Agreement”) in which (i) the holders of record of all of the Series B Preferred Stock exchanged such shares into
an aggregate of 600,000,000 shares of Company common stock, (ii) all of the holders of Apptech Global, Inc. series A
preferred stock exchanged such shares into an aggregate of 600,000,000 shares of Company common stock, William Eric
Ottens purchased from Tim Connolly the 112,500 shares of the Company’s Series C Preferred Stock for $50,000, evidenced
by a secured promissory note, (iv) the Company agreed to pay Tim Connolly and CSI $100,000 in cash, of which $15,000 was
paid on December 15, 2010, and conveyed to Tim Connolly and CSI all the capital stock of CSI Business Funding, (v) the
Company, Innovative Asset Corporation and Robert Hackney entered into a mutual option exercisable on December 31, 2010
whereby the Company has a right to acquire and Innovative Asset Corporation has the right to cause the Company to acquire 2
billion shares of Company Common Stock owned by Innovative Asset Corporation in exchange for the assets Innovative
Asset Corporation sold to the Company in July 2010, (vi) Innovative Asset Corporation granted William Eric Ottens an
irrevocable proxy on its 2 billion shares of Company Common Stock, and (vii) the parties entered into mutual releases. On
December 31, 2010, the Company exercised its right to rescind the transaction with Innovative.
The accompanying consolidated financial statements for prior years contain certain reclassifications to conform
with the current year presentation. The unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements include the accounts of the
Company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries. All significant inter-company accounts and transactions have been
eliminated in consolidation.

there is no "guide-lined" restrictions, but typically for the sake of definition only it is usually a 6 mth - 1 yr time-frame.
