Going after the bad guys. :>)~~ The problem has been persistent & pervasive and deserves penal punishment. I would love to see these guys end up at some medium security prison where their treatment would be less than nice. I know first hand of what those circumstances could be and would stand back and applaud the action. ie Bubba arrives at their cell and claims them for the duration of their time and all their commissary and lends them out to other inmates furthering his stake. Life would be very bleak, believe me; Martha Stewart got to walk on grassy manicured lawns w/ special privledges.
