RedBull: The point is we need strict compliance by ALL auditing firms in China so that small caps don't have to spend big bucks on Big 4's and legal council every there is a 10k. Otherwise China stocks will continue to be targets of hit pieces, naked short vultures and derivative driven Hedge Funds.
