Thats how dilution works, the company sells stock at the bottom. Name 5 people that would be making a profit selling here.....

Now, on the other hand if you could call the transfer agent and authorized another 100 million shares and sell them at .011 you'd be making some $$$, read the 10K, he's telling you right up front more shares will be force fed to investors at the PPS's expense. Companies put out quarterly reports so people will read them. Most don't understand them and go "Oh well" the production is coming and ignore the obvious red flags. I bet CEO's LOVE when people do that.
