that is not accurate ..you can not issue free trading shares ..all unregistered restricted shares have a one year hold placed on them ...even if shares exchange hands there is still a 1 year hold placed on them at time of the exchange .. a reporting issuer hold time is 6 months ...

Lowman - As I posted in reply to you the other day, on this message board, USRI did NOT ISSUE A CONVERTBLE DEBNTURE AT ANY DISCOUNT. My due diligence found th USRI issued a convertible debenture ABOVE MARKET PRICE. In addition, as I posted earlier, under an agreement with USRI's CEO the lender Legendary Investments will not be selling shares on the open market if and when they chose to convert. Try and post FACTS on this message board . . .
