FYI: CBEH had hit pieces last year, too. They had a facility they were paying rent for to a related party. Not a game-changer, but enough to knock price from $8 to $6 as I recall.

CBEH - that report is actually one of the best so far. The gas station argument sounds very plausible, I actually always wondered why they would pay several millions for a frickin gas station.
