Absolutely not. In fact, going dark is the OPPOSITE. To uplist they need to REPORT RESULTS and MORE information. In fact what they are now doing is the opposite of what they said LESS THAN A MONTH AGO!

One of my favorite ways of thinking of how Emax runs, is like a chicken with it's head cut off, running around randomly.

This is a perfect example. One month she boasts how we are going to have audited results, and uplist (for the umpteenth time, any surprise?).... then a month later, she files that they are going dark, and doesn't even having the decency to release a PR telling shareholders!

Did anyone notice the 2010 unaudited results STILL have not been sent to the pink sheets for publication? Why not? Well chew on this theory. They need a lawyer to sign off on the submission. Maybe they couldn't find one willing to risk their reputation on that this year! ;-) Just a thought!

This company is more entertaining to watch than ANY television show or movie!
