Sounds like I bought the same time as you.....

Live and learn....

Here's one more bit of advise, which I seem to forget myself....

"buy fast and sell faster"

Didn't sell when it was up because greed got me.....mistake

Didn't sell later because I thought it would go back up....mistake

Hope your other trades are doing much better....

SC you need to read the PR more carefully. It doesn't say they own or bought the shares.

Shareholders, representing over 55% of the total outstanding of Spencer Pharmaceuticals, have already agreed to tender their shares in favor of the transaction

We call that a sucker hole in Helicopter world. During a storm you get real nice weather and looks good in the direction you want to go. Till you lift off and the hole closes in on you. Pennies can bite you anytime

Whats with all the unintentional or intentional inaccuries???

"“an aggregate of over 55% of the…shares in the company”. In other words, that means majority ownership. If Al-Dorra now has majority ownership of SPPH, why would they pay $1.10 per share "

they have a TENDER of 55% of the shares..... so thye have agreement with 55% of shares that those are committing to sell their shares at the named price if the offer finalizes and gets enough shares committed to proceed, al dorra does not OWN 55% of the shares, they got 55% tendered

Sco-jo...

Not to quibble, and not to say this is or is not a scam...you state in your post " Al-Dorra now owns “an aggregate of over 55% of the…shares in the company”". This is not what the PR stated.

The PR stated "In further news, the holders of an additional One-hundred and three million (103,000,000) shares of common stock have agreed to tender their common stock in favor of the Al-Dorra buy-out and its subsidiary Hail First Pharma. This represents, in addition to management's shares already committed, an aggregate of over 55% of the issued and outstanding shares in the Company".

I read this as 55% of shareholders have agreed to support the buyout plan...not that Al-Dorra or subsidiary own those shares.

How am I wrong?
