Who's "they". The European Energy Chief? If you put a 1-minute SPY chart up against the PPHM 1-minute you'll notice that to the second, PPHM tanked when the SPY tanked based on the comments concerning the Japanese losing control of the nuclear situation.

The interesting thing about this is that it illustrates how the quant programs are set to trade PPHM in their basket of stocks they move around. Pretty wild to think PPHM is in some quant baskets, but it's just noise. Or, are you implying that management/Swartz did it ala nyse's argument.
