In today's market.. Securing a 50mil loan is a BIG BIG deal. I own several fast food restaurants, office buildings, real estate, etc. On a smaller level, I deal with commercial loans all the time. Not easy to find lenders out there to shell out that kind money unless they are VERY confident about who they are dealing with.
