Good job, Hank!

So, based on that dilution rate of 6.5M per business day and the remaining A/S they have around 3 months to deplete A/S! Keep in mind the lower it goes the more shares needed for PK to extract required amount of $.

Great work Hank. Thanks for the DD. That IS a lot of stock. And I haven't seen any PRs about acquisitions yet.

...perhaps it's my feeble old mind...but...

...I am having difficulty wrapping my arms around why this stock tends to drop 15-25% every week...

...we WERE promised no dilution, no???...

...hmmmmmmmmmm...

...I guess one can always lose 98%, no matter the entry point...

...btw...Rheingold Beer sucks...

...but don't take my word for it...Duke...

Here's another interesting extrapolation.
On 12/6/10 there were 44.4 million shares outstanding.
If there were 190.4 million shares as of 3/15/11, that's an increase of 146 million shares during that quarter + a week.
My calculation shows a total trading volume of 207 million shares during the period. So new shares issued = 70% of all shares traded (naturally, some could have been traded multiple times and some previously issued shares also could have traded). That's an amazingly high percentage IMHO and really begs the question, "Who bought those 207 million shares?".

Also, that equates to 429% dilution in roughly 14 weeks. If that pace continues on the same percentage basis, in about 9 weeks the OS will have to be increased, or there will need to be another R/S.

Thanks for the update. It is as I expected. Really hoped they would have stopped at 50 million but what's one more lie.

It looks like the contact told the truth.. I wonder why..??? I wonder if he still works there..

Oh the container of beer that was sold to Texas,, If it was shipped where is it and if it wasn't how will they fund it to be able to sell the beer.. This company is a diluting joke and any that thinks that this company is for real should take a good look in the mirror and ask themselves would they sell this stock to thier family.. This is a train wreck of minor porportions because it seems all involved are small people that throw rocks at glass houses..

This company is a scar on the American Corporate scene.. The company reduces it's debt by paying it's insider back in cash while diluting everyone else to pay for debts in shares.. It looks like management is more concerned with thier own finances than the welfare of the company and it's shareholders.. Any one that thinks this is the way to run a company or thinks this company should be bought has IMO motives that are directly opposite of mine and if listened to will be toxic to your wealth.. I have to ask again... who buys this crap and who would sell it to them or even let anyone buy it..???
