See that is the problem when DTCC is not involved. It become more manual and costly for brokers. I think that is why TDA chooses not to allow trading. JMHO Sometimes broker will charge larger commission to do it that way. Something to watch out for.

Nice buy,you should be happy with that.The way I see it ;shares will need to be bought at the market,the longer this goes on with the lock down the better it is for the longs,it means Gene is not going to bail them out,and why should he?imo. It looks like longs have the power,would like to see 3`s and watch them run.
